To book your pets' stay with us all you need to do is either call us on
01377 259448 or send us an e-mail with brief details of your pet, your
contact details and the dates you would like your pet(s) to stay with us and we will get back to you with confirmation of
your booking within 24 hours.
We do not ask for a deposit but just ask that if for some reason you need
to cancel your booking please give us at least 7 days notice prior to the dates your pet would have been staying with us.
If you
would like to come and see our boarding accommodation before you book your pets' stay just let us know and we will make an
appointment for you to have the full 'guided tour'.
We ask for payment for your pets' stay in full by either cash or cheque
(accompanied by a guarantee card) when you drop your pet off to us.
